Our updated privacy policies

We wanted to let you know that we’ve made some changes to our privacy policies & notices, in line with new data regulations.  From May 25 2018, organisations processing personal data must comply with new EU rules known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

These rules replace those contained in the 1998 Data Protection Act.  It strengthens the security of personal information and reinforces the obligations of those who hold it.

Key changes include:

  • Clarity on what data we have, how we collect, record, store & dispose of this info; how we use any personal data, why we need it and who has access to it
  • Updates to the choices you have over how we use your data
  • New details of who to contact if you have any concerns

We have always taken great care with the guardianship of any information entrusted to us by our clients and we welcome the broader protection and enhanced rights that the GDPR introduces.

You can click on & review our privacy policies and notices in full below.  More information on data protection and the new GDPR rules can be found at the Information Commissioner’s Office website (the ICO is the UK’s independent authority set up to uphold information rights in the public interest): https://ico.org.uk

Thank you for your time
